Casa Quinta & our two Bungalows are perfect places for those travelers interested in renting a private house, while still receiving all the amenities of the hotel. They sit above the main hotel area where they offer the sounds of nature as well as ocean and jungle vistas. Casa Quinta & the two Bungalows are connected to the reception by a short footpath and, naturally, maintain the hotel's proximity to Manuel Antonio National Park. Not only do these houses come with the same daily services of a hotel room, but easy parking, a pool for the houses and a complete kitchenette where a guest can do their own cooking if they so choose.

Casa Quinta (A-9) includes three separates entrances, two and a half bedrooms, two full baths, a big living room with cable TV, A/C, a huge terrace, dining area and an ocean view. Two bedrooms each offers queen-size beds,as well as the living room where and extra queen size bed is located. One of the bedrooms has an independent air conditioner. A small, half-bedroom room has a single bed.

Bungalow A-13 offers two separate entrances to each bedroom, two full baths, kitchenette, separate balconies for each bedrooms. The main room contains one king size bed & two single beds, a kitchenette, full bath, cable TV, A/C, and internet network access. The second room contains one bouble bed, A/C, cable TV, and a full bath. Five ceiling fans cool the rooms, one balcony offers a small ocean view.

Bungalow A-11 is one large studio containing three queen size beds, a kitchenette, four ceiling fans, A/C & cable TV.
